SAME DAY SHIPPING GUARANTEE

Orders with cleared payment received before 2pm (Queensland Time) on Queensland business days will be dispatched the same day.
In rare circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to events like power failures, software malfunctions) shipment of orders may be delayed.
Please keep in mind that, even though we dispatch promptly, delivery dates can be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Sunshine Coast Parties and Gifts delivers Australia wide only. Some over-sized items may not be able to be sent to external territories or remote locations and we will make contact with you should your order contain such items.

DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE

Home delivery orders may be delivered under ‘Authority to Leave’ if the carrier deems it safe to leave items at the delivery address. This is at the carriers discretion. If it is deemed unsafe to leave the items, and no one is home to accept the parcel, a card will be left with instructions on how to collect them from your nearest delivery depot. Once your order has been delivered, Sunshine Coast Parties & Gifts Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for any damage to, or loss of, your items. If you believe you have not received everything you ordered please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please note all Big & Bulky products and Oversized items are delivered via Couriers and cannot be delivered to any Australia Post Services, including Australia Post Offices/ Outlets, Parcel Collect, PO boxes, roadside mailboxes or parcel lockers.

DELIVERY METHOD

Orders are sent via either Australia Post or Sendle. The carrier and tracking number can be found in the shipment email you receive once the order has been dispatched.

We aim for first time delivery. If you work, have gated access to your property or you live in a unit complex, please consider entering a work or relatives address so the parcel can be delivered without incident. For Australia Post deliveries within Australia, their E-Parcel service may give you the option to request the parcel be left without a signature. If you exercise this option it is at your risk and any parcels showing as delivered will not be replaced or refunded if non-delivery is claimed. You also assume all risk and take into account additional days for delivery for any address changes or redirection of deliveries that you initiate through the Australia Post parcel delivery notification service.

 

EXPRESS DELIVERY AUSTRALIA

If you require urgent delivery, we recommend you choose the Express Delivery option at the checkout. Please be aware if using Express Post this is not a guaranteed overnight service. When choosing this option, you accept that Express Post is the fastest service we can offer and not a guaranteed next day delivery. If you live outside the network, your order will be delivered as soon as possible.
